Dear Prospective Trustee,

I am very pleased that you have registered an interest and becoming a trustee of O-Regen.

The accompanying links on this micro-site provide you with details as to the role of a Trustee and the direction of travel for O-Regen as an organisation, setting out our key objectives and achievements.

O-Regen is a Community Development Trust with its roots in the local community.

As a Development trust it seeks to improve the lives of those local residents it serves. It does this through the delivery of three key areas of work;

• The delivery of training and employment advise and guidance,
• Capacity building support for local community groups, and
• The management and delivery of thriving community centres that are owned and managed by O-Regen

The Board of O-Regen is made up of 12 Trustees, who meet four times a year, and this is supplemented by a Policy Working group which meets in between the formal Board meeting cycle.

Currently seeking new Trustees who can step to the challenge of being an O-Regen Trustee. We are looking for people who have a commitment to tackling the issues of social and economic exclusion which face many of the communities that we serve.
