O-Regen is providing services that strengthen & build infrastructure and capacity of local business (SMEs), community & voluntary organisations.
The projects aim to deliver free effective, efficient and sustainable services helping reduce disadvantage and optimising your productivity.
Technology is fundamental to the way an office operates so if your staff aren’t up to speed it can impact upon your efficiency and profitability.
There is a shortage of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) skilled personnel in London. The ability to work with computers is much in demand. There are advantages to both employers and employees of using ICT to its full potential. Our support & courses will help give your organisation the competitive edge which could really make a difference to your operations.
The courses aim to be flexible enough to accommodate the requirements of most small businesses and organisations.

Project Objectives

* Set medium to long term objectives
* Conduct ICT audit (health check) and discuss emerging technologies and benefits of the digital revolution
* Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to help you identify the skills gap in your business
* Offer up to 30 hours of up to date & relevant ICT training (both tutor led and e-learning options) including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and e-mail
* Prepare staff for accredited ICT level 2 qualification* eg ECDL
* Design & host simple and effective websites
* Give help & advice on general ICT issues
* Create awareness through business seminars and knowledgebase etc

Am I Eligible?

To take part in these projects, your business must:
* Be keen on developing your business’ potential
* Be based in Objective 2 wards in the three Upper Lea Valley Boroughs: Waltham Forest, Haringey & Enfield*
* Employ less than 250 staff

Private and voluntary organisations are welcome to take part.
