History
O-Regen began operating in 1998. The Charity is a successor body of Waltham Forest Housing Action Trust (HAT), a ten-year project which ended in 2002 after physically transforming the four neighborhoods of Cathall Road, Oliver Close, Boundary Road and Chingford Hall.
O-Regen was established to give community regeneration a sustainable future in the Borough.
Governance
O-Regen is a partnership organisation involving local people and key local agencies in the creation and management of sustainable regeneration initiatives.
O-Regen's programmes are governed by a Board of 15 Trustees, a locally-focused, influential and skilled group of people, representing local residents, businesses, community organisations and key partners.
