Simon Bartlett
Simon has been active in community-led regeneration for many years. For ten years he represented tenants in his role as Deputy Chair of the Waltham Forest Housing Action Trust board. He currently works for the London Borough of Waltham Forest's Community Development and Grant Aid Services.
Janice Wells
Janice has been an active member of the Leyton and Leytonstone community for over 30 years. She has been a key member of several local organisations, has represented tenants on a number of committees and was a senior youth worker in Leytonstone for over 20 years. She holds an BA (Hons) in Cultural Studies and is currently a PA in a major city law firm.
