O-Regen has been providing employment, guidance and training services since 1993. Our aim is to assist local people into training and work. We are committed to combating high unemployment levels within our communities. We do this by offering quality advice, guidance and training services.

Clients can access employment support including: ~ Job Search Facilities ~ Job Preparation (CV assistance) ~ Professional careers guidance ~ One to One Support ~ Access to resources (internet/fax/stamps) ~ Job matching/work placements ~ Access to financial assistance (clothing grants, travel fares to interviews) ~ Referrals to training opportunities

O-Regen aims to facilitate a holistic approach to training and employment in the construction industry. We have formed vital links between local residents, training providers and construction companies. O-Regen has been appointed by the London Borough of Waltham Forest as the approved organisation to run the Local Labour in Construction project in the borough. We supply construction and non-construction trainees to construction companies. We provide information, advice and guidance to people wishing to enter, or who are already working in the construction industry. We assess skills and can support training which leads to qualifications and employment.

O-Regen is actively working to equip local residents with construction skills so they can compete successfully in the local labour market. Areas of prospective employment opportunities within the sector include Waltham Forest Town, Whipps Cross University Hospital, borough-wide environmental improvements, numerous housing association developments and the Stratford Town re-development.
